For me, the best thing about getting older is that I have finally learned to love myself, live out of my heart, in the moment.......

......forgiving self and others for past

.....excited anticipation for what new will come into my life today and this moment!

This is hard work and I am so grateful that I am still living and can help others and be an experrienced mentor for others serious about making a difference in their lives and in our world!

In the process, I have learned that "positive" and "negative" energy cannot reside in the same space at the same time.....I choose the POSITIVE!!!!
